    My husband LOVES walking. I enjoy it too but for him it’s a stress reliever and time to enjoy nature. He loves being outdoors. Thanks for the video and tips!

    This is a great post with so many helpful resources. If more people would just walk, they could be so much healthier. I might have to differ with on the cutest dog in the universe, though, but he does come close. Very cute.

    My Oma walks every day and she is 89. She inspires me to always keep moving.

    Walking is a great way to begin to increase your physical activity if you are not in very good shape, don’t know what your fitness level is, and if you enjoy the outdoors.
