The Natural Products Expo West beckoned us with more than 2000 organic and natural foods. Who were we to turn away from free food that was good, good for us, and good for the planet? Four days, eight reusable bags full of samples, and 250 incredible snacks later, we noted the top trends emerging from the healthy food industry. Turns out Kymberly is the poster person and target market for the next wave. So wave hello to healthier foods with me as I stick Alexandra in the kitchen to bake us something organic and wonderfully delicious.
