Food for health Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-Free Living Foods
The Food for Health ebook is now available from all online bookstores in various e-book formats, or directly from the authors as a .pdf.
By local santa Barbara Authors and chefs Madeleine Vite and Kyre Adept
Here’s the cookbook that many have been waiting for: one that provides a bridge from the Standard American Diet to a healthier, fresher, more balanced way of eating. So many people have problems with their digestion, immune system and energy, all because they eat too much meat, wheat and sugar.

We all know that we need to eat better, in ways that reduce toxicity and improve digestion and energy. The problem is that most people don’t know how to start: everything seems too hard or too extreme for beginners, and the recipes tend to taste boring for those used to ‘standard’ levels of salt and sugar.

In Food for Health, writer/chef Kyre Adept and chef/photographer Madeleine Vite combine information on how to create better health through diet with scrumptious recipes that you will love to make and eat. All are gluten-free and sugar-free; most are dairy-free, and even those with cheese or yogurt offer dairy-free alternatives.

The key here is the balance of foods; acid and alkaline, vegetables and protein, ‘warm’ foods and ‘cool’ foods. As you create a better balance in your food habits and digestion, you’ll find that you are losing weight, feeling better, and have more energy, even though you’re eating plenty. Best of all, the light cooking techniques and flavorful combinations make eating for good health a pleasure rather than a penance.

Ready for a clean diet that will help you feel better? This is the book for you! This 100-page ebook is large enough to give a great variety of recipes, and compact enough to be inspiring rather than overwhelming. The Food for Health ebook is now available from all online bookstores in various e-book formats, or directly from the authors as a .pdf.

I love just about anything with grains…and the hardest part of changing my diet has been to let go of breads. I would love to check these out and also tell my daughter’s family about them.
