Well, I definitely want my abs to be sexy and strong and cute! I was going to work on a winter long program of core strengthening and flexibility and now…where did the winter go? It’s nearly over! Thanks for the tips!

Yeah! I don’t bounce (at least not there anyways…).
Shall we hand out cans of tuna at our next group fit classes? Maybe there’s a brand out there that would sponsor the tuna tummy crunch challenge?

Work it, ladies! You are so smart. I think I did it wrong for a long time but belly dance taught me how to control my core muscles individually (they’re a rowdy bunch) and that made all the difference. But I only thought I knew where my abs were until I started doing Pure Barre and they actually pull the core inwards (towards your spine) – like a reverse flex (?) or maybe we’re just sucking it in… – and I found all new muscles! Muscles that are now extra hurty.

Now I’m hungry for tuna and cereal…

PS Your quote of the week is killing me.

Nice! What a neat little trick. For the record, I’d probably take either strong OR cute abs right about now, but now I’ll shoot for both! ;)

Love a video that has a tuna can for an example. I pinned this because I think many of us don’t have proper sit-up form. Thanks!
