Now THAT'S a push-up!

Do you want a quick and easy way to get in some exercise this holiday weekend?

Are you pressed for time?

Good news: We have a full-body, quick workout for you that requires no equipment. Heck, you can even do it at a roadside rest stop, although you might want a towel for the push-ups!



Please note how wide Alexandra’s arms are for those push-ups. That’s to really engage the chest, and not over-emphasize the shoulders and arms. And we love full range of motion (ROM)!

    I loves me both planks and push ups
    and ummmm can I admit I’ve been known to strut around my condo in looney tune boxes & sports bras myself!?

    I’ll always be a pushup girl, but I do love me a good long plank! Good to know about the wide arms. : )

      I’m with you Marcia. I love push-ups a lot, and also like planks. But push-ups are one of my very favorites moves. So I force my students to do a LOT of them!

    Nice workout. U gals are impressive w the plank and wide armed pushups.
    Recently my workout required me to do 30 pushups like this x2. I definitely felt the chest DOMS the next day!
