As you fire up the barbie or head to a parade this Independence Day, we thought we’d dedicate this post to all the hard work you’ve done to keep your body independent – from pain, from disease, from injury, and from the unhappiness you feel when your body won’t cooperate with you!
It doesn’t really matter (okay, it does a bit) if you look like this:
Red Hot Fitness!
or this:
Liberace Lets Loose for the Parade
or this:
I'll salute that!
It does matter if you look like this, as this will put you off your appetite for hot dogs and hamburgers:
No more burgers for you
What’s important is your health, right? Not what you wear:
Put that on Your Flagpole
or what you do to stay cool on the 4th
These will give you Stars & Stripes Forever
So in honor of July 4th and all it stands for, let your Freak Flag fly:
Fly Your Fitness Freak Flag
And let your rockets red glare.
Fire up your Fitness!
